During physical activity, the body sweats to regulate its temperature and eliminate toxins, thus contributing to the detoxification of the body. To compensate for water loss and maintain optimal fluid balance , it is imperative to consume a sufficient quantity of water during and after exercise. It is recommended not to wait for the feeling of thirst, which is already an advanced sign of dehydration.
